The expressions of CD3 and CD8 were significantly related to lymph node metastasis and the III-IV TNM stage (p < 0.05), and the expression of CD8 in the right colon is higher than that in the left colon (p < 0.05), while there was no significant correlation between the expression of both and age, gender, histological grade, histological type, and MMR proteins expression (p > 0.05). Here, MRC1 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
