Compared with patients without CMD, those with CMD were significantly older [67.00 (56.00–74.00) versus 60.00 (51.75–72.00) years, p = .000], had lesser men [167 (77.7%) versus 249 (85.6%), p = .022], had a lower body mass index (22.64 [20.28–23.66] versus 22.64 [20.28–25.35] kg/m2, p = .017), had a lower incidence of hyperlipidemia (47 [21.9%] versus 91 [31.3%], p = .019), and lesser use of angiotensin‐converting enzyme inhibitors/angiotensin II receptor blockers (120 [55.8%] versus 192 [66%], p = .020). Here, ACE is linked to hyperlipidemia.
