To determine if DDR2 signaling impacted L-Arginine metabolite production in ovarian tumor CAFs, we generated a series of human omental CAF cells: (1) DDR2-expressing WT control (shSCRM), (2) DDR2-depleted (shDdr2), (3) DDR2-depleted and constitutively overexpressing Arg1 (shDdr2 Arg1OE) and (4) a transfection control empty vector (shDdr2 EV) (Supplementary Fig. S7A, B). The gene discussed is DDR2; the disease is ovarian neoplasm.
