At the same time, the MF terms of hub genes were mainly enriched in "fibronectin binding," "cytokine activity," "integrin binding," "protein domain specificity," and "receptor binding." Furthermore, in the KEGG enrichment analysis shown in Fig. 6B, the hub genes specifically participated in the "Fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis," "Focal adhesion," "Rap1 signaling pathway," "Yersinia infection," and "Human cytomegalovirus infection." According to NES > 1.5 and P value < 0.05, samples from RNA-seq were screened for enriched signaling pathways. This evidence concerns the gene FN1 and cytomegalovirus infection.
