And the gain and high-level amplification of hsa-miR-200c-3p expression significantly downregulated the expression levels of carcinoma-related genes (Fig. 3A), such as DACH1, which acted as a negative regulator of CD44 to suppress breast cancer [24], and Klotho (KL) was a putative tumor suppressor gene in breast and pancreatic cancers located at chromosome 13q12 [25].
