Moreover, in the dysregulated ceRNA networks of the four driver miRNAs, we observed significant downregulation of several tumor suppressor genes (such as RhoB, BNIP3L, and IQGAP2) in subgroup I. Interestingly, we observed a significant negative correlation between the expression of these cancer-related genes and the activity levels of proliferation hallmarks in each subgroup.
