Furthermore, our study demonstrated that NEAT1 silencing remarkably weakened the abilities of migration, invasion of SKOV-3 cells and A2780 cells, and downregulated the angiogenesis potential in cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo, which further substantiate the rationale of targeted inhibition of NEAT1 to prevent or mitigate metastasis for ovarian cancer therapy.
