TNFRSF11B and cancer: The findings indicated a prevalence of hypomethylation in ECM-SRGs among patients with various cancers (KIRC, COAD, LIHC, UCEC, THCA, BRCA, etc.), and hypermethylation of TNFRSF11B among patients with PRAD, ESCA, LUSC, HNSC, BRCA, and THCA (FDR ≤ 0.05, Fig. 8A and Table S16).
