As shown in Figure 3 and Table S3, the protein coded by PBXIP1 was the only protein that was significantly associated with all three neuropathological traits of AD after adjusting for covariates (β = 5.97, 8.74, and 1.10 for β‐amyloid, Tau tangles, and tangle density, respectively, all p < 0.001).
