The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR 1.064 per year, 95% CI 1.005–1.127, p = .034), valvular heart disease (OR 0.117, 95% CI 0.024–0.571, p = .008), and albumin (OR 0.804 per g/L, 95% CI 0.685–0.944, p = .008) remained the independent risk factors for prognosis (Table 4).
