Furthermore, RNA-sequencing transcriptome and pathway analysis of the primary tumor xenografts revealed that upregulated SERPINB3 enhanced cellular movement and free radical scavenging (Figure 3D), which is consistent with our observations from patient tumors and cultured cells indicating an increased invasion ability (Figure 3A) and oxidative stress (Figure S2C) in the presence of upregulated SERPINB3.
