Considering the accumulation of ROS caused by the inhibition of RPLP2 in gynecologic tumors [20], and the significant effect of RPLP2 on ferroptosis-related pathway showed by GSEA in AML [21], we further investigated whether RPLP2 had an effect on ferroptosis of HCC cells. This evidence concerns the gene RPLP2 and female reproductive system neoplasm.
