CD45+/CD11b+ cells in 67NR tumours were mainly composed of Ly6G− cells (monocytes/tissue macrophages) with a smaller fraction being Ly6G+ intermediate, while in 66cl4, the largest portion of CD45+/CD11b+ cells were Ly6G+ intermediate with a smaller fraction being Ly6G+ high (mature neutrophils). The gene discussed is PTPRC; the disease is neoplasm.
