EphA2 is a member of the Eph family, and high expression of EphA2 occurs in a variety of tumors, such as liver cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancers, bladder cancer and glioblastoma, and EphA2 is a key driver of metastasis and a predictor of poor prognosis in several tumors [9, 11–13]. This evidence concerns the gene EPHA2 and liver cancer.
