CBX2 and neoplasm: Three scRNA-seq datasets GSE125449, GSE140228 and GSE166635 downloaded from the TISCH2 database [31] were analyzed, and we found that CBX2 was primarily expressed in cancerous tumor cells while CEP55 was primarily expressed in T cells that were proliferating (T prolif), whose marker gene MKI67 (Figure 6B, 6C and Supplementary Figure 12A, 12B).
