ARPC1B and glioblastoma: Ultilizing various methods such as Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA), cBioPortal, TIMER, RNA-seq data analysis, clustering analysis, graph learning-based dimensional reduction, and weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA), six overexpressed and mutated tumor antigens (ARHGAP9, ARHGAP30, CLEC7A, MAN2B1, ARPC1B and PLB1) have been identified as potential targets for developing anti-GBM mRNA vaccine.
