The results suggested that the mRNA levels of STARD5, FTCD, SCN4A, ADH4, CFHR3, CYP2C9, CCL14, and GADD45G were downregulated (Fig. 6a–h), and SOX11, SCIN, and SLC2A1 were overexpressed in HCC tissues (Fig. 6i–k). The gene discussed is ADH4; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
