The results suggested that the mRNA levels of STARD5, FTCD, SCN4A, ADH4, CFHR3, CYP2C9, CCL14, and GADD45G were downregulated (Fig. 6a–h), and SOX11, SCIN, and SLC2A1 were overexpressed in HCC tissues (Fig. 6i–k). This evidence concerns the gene STARD5 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
