While for prognosis by using serum PSA levels and CDK6, TNRC6B, and AGO1 expression in prostate tumour tissue, the CART chart showed that a patient with PSA values ≤ 7.65 ng/ml, will harbour a high-risk PCa if the relative expression level of TNRC6B in PCa tissue is ≤ 5.618 (27%). This evidence concerns the gene TNRC6B and posterior cortical atrophy.
