Based on the method of network pharmacology, we found that there were 15 common genes in atherosclerosis and NSCLC, including CD163, MMP9, ACP5, FABP4, EMCN, CD52, NPR1, MMP12, C2, ITLN1, FHL5, CD36, FIBIN, C7, and NPNT. The gene discussed is C2; the disease is atherosclerosis.
