In lymphoma, CD30, as an important diagnostic biomarker, is universally expressed in classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), but in other lymphoproliferative disorders, such as diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL), peripheral T‐cell lymphoma (PTCL) and cutaneous T‐cell lymphoma (CTCL), it is also expressed to variable degrees.2 The gene discussed is TNFRSF8; the disease is lymphoma.
