Immunofluorescence staining revealed a significant reduction on ∼4.5‐fold in CD206+ M2 phenotype macrophages and an increase on ∼4‐fold in CD86+ M1 phenotype after fusion HAC NVs treatment compared with blank NVs, suggesting a down‐regulation of tumour immunosuppression (Figure 7e,f).
