Additionally, we performed immunofluorescence staining of CD4 and CD8 in tumour sections, and found that the proportion of CD4+ or CD8+ T cells in the fusion HAC NVs group were significantly increased compared with that in fusion WT NVs and mAbs combination groups, which was consistent with the flow cytometry results (Figure S13A,B).
