In Epm2b-/- mice, FGD-treatment was also effective in decreasing the levels of P65/NFkB (5.92 ± 3.63 vs untreated 16.96 ± 4.36; P < 0.05) (Fig. 6A and B) and SOCS3 (21.57 ± 10.91 vs untreated 75.61 ± 21.52; P < 0.05) in comparison to untreated mice (Fig. 6A and B).
