SMYD2 and rectum adenocarcinoma: Analysis of TCGA datasets by using the GEPIA2 database also showed similar SMYD2 expression in bladder carcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, cervical squamous cell carcinoma, liver hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, rectum adenocarcinoma, thymoma, uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma, skin cutaneous melanoma, and uterine carcinosarcoma (Fig. 1B).
