The hazards ratio (95% CI) of osteoporosis for the highest (vs. lowest) quartile of PRS were 2.74 (95% CI: 3.42–2.06) and 2.12 (95% CI: 2.63–1.61) at the LS and FN (p‐trend <0.001) (Figure 3c,d). This evidence concerns the gene FN1 and osteoporosis.
