Interestingly, of patients that were treatment sensitive (EOI MRD <0.1%) with BMP-like associated drivers (KMT2A and MLLT10 fusions), 2 out of 3 harbored tumors with multiple activating NOTCH1 mutations (Extended Data Fig. 5a), suggesting that pan-tumor NOTCH1 activation can drive differentiation away from the high-risk BMP-like state.
