In the multivariable logistic regression analysis, the highest quintile (Q5) of the ApoB/ApoA-I ratio was found to be significantly associated with the development of PSCI at 3 to 6 months after stroke compared with Q1 (adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 3.00; 95% CI, 1.10–8.20). The gene discussed is APOB; the disease is stroke disorder.
