In summary, combined with changes in the abundance of dominant flora and Pearson association analysis, Lactobacillus in group L_H and A. muris and L. johnsonii in group HK_H promoted the decomposition process of arachidonic acid (Figure 5F–H) and upregulated the expression of relevant genes in the process of CD22-mediated BCR regulation to alleviate CRC progression in AOM/DSS mice. Here, CD22 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
