CCND1 and breast carcinoma: The (−)-KU from black pepper (Piper nigrum) decreases tumor size and tumor-related proteins in breast cancer rats [9]; (−)-KU binds CSF1R (computational prediction), a tyrosine kinase family protein, leading to the reduction of cancer proteins such as CSF1R, AKT, CyclinD1, and CDK in breast cancer cells.
