TRIM21 and interstitial lung disease: Following multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression analysis, it was determined that increasing lymphocyte counts at the time of diagnosis, isolated ILD and presence of anti-Ro52 antibodies were associated with mortality, with adjusted HR levels of 0.74 (95% CI, 0.61–0.91; p < 0.01), 9.59 (95% CI, 1.52–60.61; p = 0.02) and 0.14 (95% CI, 0.02–0.93; p = 0.04), respectively (Table 6).
