TRIM21 and arthritic joint disease: Regarding multivariate logistic regression, increasing age at diagnosis and the presence of anti-Ro52 were associated with increased risk of ILD, with adjusted OR of 1.10 (95% CI 1.03–1.18) and 17.92 (95% CI 2.13–138.68), respectively, whereas the presence of arthritis was associated with decreased risk of ILD (adjusted OR, 0.09; 95% CI, 0.01–0.75; p = 0.03), as described in Table 3.
