Factors associated with mortality included increased lymphocyte counts (adjusted HR, 0.74; 95% CI, 0.61–0.91; p < 0.01), isolated ILD (adjusted HR, 9.59; 95% CI, 1.52–60.61; p = 0.02) and the presence of anti-Ro52 antibodies (adjusted HR, 0.14; 95% CI, 0.02–0.93; p = 0.04). The gene discussed is TRIM21; the disease is interstitial lung disease.
