In contrast, Yun et al. found a decrease in Foxp3+ Tregs in lesional skin of patients with acute disease, but an increase in patients with chronic disease [42], while Yan et al. reported that Foxp3+ Tregs were increased in plaque psoriasis but decreased in the guttate subtype when compared with normal skin [43].
