Considering previous studies highlighting the importance of CXCL13 axis in B cell recruitment [35,36,37] and our finding of CXCL13 downregulation in FOXA1 mutant prostate cancer (Figure 3C and Figure S2A), it is plausible to suggest that CXCL13 may be a contributing factor to these results.
