As shown in Figure 12, the JNK and ERK signaling pathways did not affect the KCa1.1 inhibition-induced down-regulation of CEBPB and CYP3A4 in the cancer spheroid models examined; however, the JNK inhibition with SP600125 (1 μM) significantly reduced the expression levels of CEBPB and CYP3A4, and co-treatment with NK252 reversed them (Supplementary Figure S6).
