The data indicated that in comparison to normal tissues, ZNF714 expression was significantly increased in bladder (BLCA), breast (BRCA), cervix (CESC), colon (COAD), esophagus (ESCA), liver (LIHC), lung (LUAD, LUSC), stomach (STAD), and uterine (UCEC) tumors, as well as in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL) and kidney chromophobe (KICH). Here, ZNF714 is linked to cholangiocarcinoma.
