Although excluding individuals with reported diagnoses of autoimmune diseases of ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, or rheumatoid arthritis or removal of those with positive biomarkers for rheumatoid arthritis (anti-CCP3, RF-IgA, and RF-IgM) did not significantly change the risk of NHL or DLBCL, we did not have data for all autoimmune diseases, medications for autoimmune diseases, or immunosuppressive treatment. The gene discussed is CD79A; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
