Indeed, Aoki and colleagues demonstrated that HRSCs in LR-cHL had significantly lower numbers of PD-L1 alterations and that higher PD-L1 expression in HRSCs inversely correlated with the number of CXCL13+ T-cells (refer to Figure 2 for a summary of T-cell populations of prognostic significance). The gene discussed is CXCL13; the disease is classic Hodgkin lymphoma.
