This is the case of ALK inhibitors such as crizotinib for inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors [13], antiangiogenics for the treatment of alveolar soft-part sarcoma (ASPS) [14,15], crizotinib for clear-cell sarcomas [16], CSF-1R inhibitors in tenosynovial giant cell tumors [17,18] or mTOR inhibitors in PEComa [19]. This evidence concerns the gene CSF1R and alveolar soft part sarcoma.
