CD4 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia: The analysis of the obtained immunophenotype results between patients with PIS and SID also showed statistically significant changes in almost every analyzed parameter: a decrease in the percentage of CD3+ T lymphocytes in patients with CLL (5.42-fold), a decrease in the percentage of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in CLL patients (by 4.89-fold and 6.60-fold, respectively), as well as an increase in the percentage of B cells in CLL patients (by 9.59-fold) (Supplementary Table S2).
