The TP53 GOF and KRAS variants were independent prognostic factors for poorer prognoses (HR 1.51, 95% CI 1.04 to 2.20, p = 0.03, and HR 1.48, 95% CI 1.11 to 1.96, p < 0.01, respectively), and the NOTCH3 sole variant for better prognoses (HR 0.30, 95% CI 0.15 to 0.62, p < 0.01), in left-sided CRC (Figure 3a).
