The results of the KEGG enrichment analysis (Table S4) showed that the 73 DEGs were mainly enriched in the “HIF-1 signaling pathway”, “metabolic pathways”, “p53 signaling pathway”, “glucagon signaling pathway”, “oocyte meiosis”, “biosynthesis of amino acids”, “glycosphingolipid biosynthesis—lacto and neolacto series”, “progesterone-mediated oocyte maturation”, “citrate cycle (TCA cycle)”, “TNF signaling pathway”, “lipid and atherosclerosis”, “fat digestion and absorption”, “vascular smooth muscle contraction”, “ovarian steroidogenesis”, “cellular senescence”, and other aspects (Figure S1B). This evidence concerns the gene GCG and atherosclerosis.
