Subsequently, we revealed that low- and high-USP32 expression groups differ in the immune infiltrates of HCC samples: central memory CD8 T cells, activated/effector memory CD4 T cells, type 2 T helper cells, regulatory T cells, memory B cells, activated and immature dendritic cells were significantly increased in the high-USP32 expressed HCC samples (P < 0.05), while the activated CD8 T cells, activated B cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells significantly decreased (P < 0.05) (Fig. 7A). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
