MYC and neoplasm: EVT-701 has demonstrated a dose-dependent inhibition of 80% of NADH oxidation and ADP phosphorylation to ATP, and has the potential to become an anticancer agent specifically targeting OXPHOS-dependent tumors, and has been shown to prolong survival in mice bearing OXPHOS-Eμ-Myc lymphomas, but not in glycolytic- Eμ- Myc-tumor-bearing mice.
