These three therapies have shown anti-tumor activity and manageable safety against tumors with FGFR alterations in early clinical studies and are currently undergoing phase III clinical trials [8]. The present investigation reviews the anti-tumor activity of infigratinib in patients with locally advanced or metastatic CCA compared to currently available treatments including first-line therapy with gemcitabine and cisplatin as well as other selective FGFR2 inhibitors, pemigatinib, and futibatinib. This evidence concerns the gene FGFR2 and cholangiocarcinoma.
