Chemotaxis index was calculated for each group, and it indicated that chemotaxis in group co-cultured with OC tissue cultured supernatant was significantly stronger towards CD4+CCR8+ Tregs than that in group co-cultured with paracancerous tissue cultured supernatant (Fig. 5A), suggesting that there may be some components in the tumor tissue microenvironment that can drive CD4+CCR8+ Tregs to the tumor tissues.
