Recent analysis of publicly available gene expression database (microarray and RNA-seq) reported that RFC2 was generally highly expressed in many types of cancer tissues compared with normal tissues, including glioma and Pca29 Our results demonstrated that RFC2 is overexpressed in Pca, particularly in CRPC, at both the mRNA and protein levels, which is consistent with the results of previous studies. This evidence concerns the gene RFC2 and glioma.
