Since GCA+ immune cells accelerate AD progression, we next found that weeks after transplantation, PKH26+EGFP+ immune cells (GCA+ immune cells) showed specific infiltration in the brain of GCA+ immune cells‐transferred mice, whereas PKH26 signals were rarely detected in the GCA− immune cells‐transferred mice (Figure 3A; Figure S3A, Supporting Information). This evidence concerns the gene GCA and Alzheimer disease.
