Calculations of the frequencies of copy number gain or loss for UFMylation genes in each cancer type revealed that UfSP2 (31%), UFM1 (31%), and UFL1 (28%) had the highest average frequency of copy number loss, whereas UFC1 (34%), UfSP1 (34%), and UfBP1 (30%) had the highest average frequency of copy number gain [105].
