ADRM1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In conclusion, pro-SFTPB inhibits ADRM1 activation by blocking the binding of hRpn2 to ADRM1 through direct binding to ADRM1, thereby reducing the deubiquitination of PGK1 by ADRM1, which accelerates the ubiquitination and degradation of PGK1 and ultimately inhibits the activation of the PGK1-regulated Akt pathway in NSCLC.
