Importantly, we found colocalization of ADRM1 and PGK1 (Fig. 5d), and silencing of ADRM1 or UCH37 decreased PGK1 protein levels (Fig. 5e) and increased PGK1 ubiquitination in NSCLC cells (Fig. 5f), suggesting that the ADRM1/UCH37 axis is involved in the regulation of PGK1 deubiquitination. This evidence concerns the gene ADRM1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
