VAPB and medulloblastoma: 4G–I), no significant differences in viable sphere cells were detected when VAPBKO clones were treated with the KYL peptide. While KYL peptide treatment clearly increased the number of viable cells in the VAPBKO spheres and recovered VAPBKO cells proliferation rates, it is important to note that proliferation rates of VAPBWT cells were also increased by KYL (Sup. Fig. 4E–G), suggesting that VAPB regulates other targets in addition to EPHA4 that affect medulloblastoma cell proliferation.
