Interestingly if focusing on the proportion of the top two TSSs in T cells (TSS1 and TSS3), we further found that proportion of the minor TSS (TSS1, LIMS1-215) shows a significant up-regulation in cancer condition (NPC) compared to NHL (Fig. 4E), consistent with the trend of expressed cell proportions across patients (Supplementary Fig. S19SA, B). The gene discussed is LIMS1; the disease is nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
