CALR and antiphospholipid syndrome: Many predictors of complications and adverse outcomes have been described in the literature, namely: lupus nephritis, damage to other organs (lung, heart, central nervous system), interruption of the medical treatment, active disease in the six months before conception, antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) or the presence of persistent antiphospholipid antibodies, hypocomplementemia, thrombocytopenia, and high levels of anti-double stranded DNA (anti-dsDNA), anti-Sjögren's-syndrome-related antigen A (anti-SSA/Ro), and anti-Sjögren's-syndrome-related antigen B (anti-SSB/La) antibodies.8, 9
