After overexpression and knockdown of HOXC-AS2, we found that overexpression of HOXC-AS2 enhanced the viability, proliferation and migration of hypopharyngeal cancer cells and that these biological properties of hypopharyngeal cancer cells were correspondingly inhibited when HOXC-AS2 was knocked down. This evidence concerns the gene HOXC-AS2 and hypopharynx cancer.
